1. This promotion is open to individual residents in the United States of America, over the age of 18, with a valid U.S. bank account (Participant).
  2. For the purposes of this Promotion, a Participating Retailer is any Conn’s HomePlus retail store located in the United States of America.
  3. To qualify under this Promotion, purchases must be made during the period commencing on September 30th 2018 00:01 (EDT) and ending on October 13th 2018 (PDT) (Promotion Period).
  4. To take part in the Promotion, Participants must first purchase within the same transaction (within the Promotion Period) Qualifying Products (as defined here) in accordance with Condition 5 below from a Participating Retailer with a minimum combined total purchase value of $3,000 excluding any applicable taxes or other surcharges (Purchase Value). Subject to full compliance with the Promotion Terms, Participants may then be eligible to claim a corresponding cashback reward (Reward) in accordance with Table 1 at Condition 6 below.
  5. The Purchase Value must comprise of at least $1,500 of purchases of Qualifying Products from the Furniture or Mattress category combined with at least $1,500 of purchases of Qualifying Products from the Appliances category OR at least $1,500 in purchases of Qualifying Products from the Electronics category, making a combined minimum total Purchase Value of a minimum of $3,000 based on the retail purchase price of the Qualifying Products (excluding all taxes, finance charges, interest, insurance premiums and service plan charges).

  7. This Promotion is only available to end users (i.e. not any reseller or business organization).
  8. This Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, the Participating Retailer or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion.
  9. After making a purchase in accordance with Conditions 4 and 5 above, Participants must register the purchases at https://www.connspromotions.com/ and provide the information listed at Condition 10 below. The Participant must provide this information no sooner than 30 days and no later than 61 days from their date or purchase (Claim Window). The date of purchase being day 1. Claims received outside of the Claim Window will be invalid.
  10. Participants must upload proof of purchase of their Qualifying Product(s) in the form of a sales invoice or receipt clearly detailing the date of purchase, the Qualifying Product(s), the purchase price of each Qualifying Product, the Purchase Value and the number of Qualifying Products purchased and the Participating Retailer branch (Claim).
  11. Participants are only permitted to make one Claim per invoice irrespective of the number of Qualifying Products purchased and/or the Purchase Value.
  12. Once the Claim has been received, the Participant will receive confirmation of receipt within 2 working days via email from support@connspromotions.com and a second email stating whether or not the Claim has been successful. It is the Participant's responsibility to contact the Promoter using the email address above within seven days of their Claim being submitted if email confirmation has not been received.
  13. Provided the Promotion Terms have been met fully the Promoter shall pay the Participant the Reward value in accordance with Table 1 above via bank transfer within 28 days of Claim validation.
  14. The tax liability for the Reward shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.
  15. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotion.
  16. Claims may only be submitted by the end user Participant, in no circumstances will Claims made by third parties on behalf of the Participant be permitted. Such Claims will be rejected, and the Participant shall be considered ineligible to make another Claim.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Claim or Claims that it considers to not be in compliance with these Promotion Terms.
  18. If the Participant returns the Qualifying Product after submitting a Claim their Claim will be deemed invalid and cancelled.
  19. The Promoter shall have the right to undertake all such action as is necessary to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification from a Participant such as identification.

  21. All information gathered under this Promotion shall be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at https://www.conns.com/privacy-policy.
  22. This Promotion shall be governed by the law of the State of Texas.
